This four-day camp offers participants two hours of high-performance training per day, focusing on refining essential hockey skills:

• Advanced Skating Techniques: Improve speed, agility, and edge work.

• Elite Stickhandling: Master puck control under pressure.

• Deceptive Fakes & Moves: Learn how to beat defenders with confidence.

• Skating Transitions: Develop smooth transitions with and without the puck for better game flow.

• Small Area Games: Enhance decision-making and quickness in tight spaces.

Experience designed for players who are passionate about taking their skills to the next level. This camp focuses on developing Edge work, Balance, Agility, Puck control, Shooting, Passing/Receiving and Hockey IQ-the essential

PRE SEASON SKILLS CAMP – DORCHESTER

Dates: August 25-28, 2025
Group1: 9:00-11:00am (Born 16,17,18
Group2: 11:00-1:00pm (Born 13,14,15)
Group3: 1:00-3:00pm (Born 10,11,12)
Location: Dorchester (Flight Exec Centre)
Cost: $400 (HST included)

1st hour- advanced power skating/shooting/stick-handling application of the skills to in-game situations.

2nd hour – position specific drills, battle drills, small area games or full ice games.
